1:12 Rossi 2011 Ducati Desmosedici GP11.2 model with Figure and Flag from Minichamps

Now in stock is Minichamps’ poignant 1:12 bike, figure and flag set commemorating Valentino Rossi’s tribute to his recently departed friend Marco Simoncelli, at the 2011 season-ending Valencia Moto GP.

After that race Vale donned a white #58 T-shirt over his leathers and carried a black #58 flag to remember Marco, who had tragically lost his life at the previous race in Sepang. It was a very emotional moment for the entire Moto GP community.

This Minichamps set is limited to just 1,558 pieces worldwide, which isn’t very many at all when you consider the significance of the subject involved. A recent £10 price reduction to £189.99 will also do nothing to lessen demand!
