TrueScale Miniatures 1:12 resin model of the Jaguar XJ220 in silver. The XJ220 was produced from 1992 to 1994, in collaboration with Tom Walkinshaw's racing team. The car was first unveiled to the public as a concept vehicle at the 1988 British International Motor Show, but its positive reception persuaded Jaguar's top brass to take the decision to put it into production. In total, 282 examples were built. The car briefly held the record for the fastest ever production car, after recording a top speed of 217 mph.
