Diecast Road Cars

Some collectors buy models across the diecast cars spectrum, but one of the clearest divisions is between those who collect road cars and those who collect race cars. Those who collect road cars can again be divided into different categories. Younger collectors may want models of the latest supercars. Older collectors will often be attracted to the cars that were famous when they were in their teens, which means that today subjects from the fifties, sixties and seventies are particular popular. Often collectors will buy models of road cars they have owned or would like to own. Another common collecting theme is by marque. There are those who buy only Ferrari road cars, those who love Aston Martin or Jaguar replicas, and those who are loyal to Ford, for example. Most classic road car subjects have been made at least once already, but of course there are always new road cars coming onto the market that need to be modelled.
